My 73yo Dad has had a council flat for 35yrs. His upstairs neighbours are a family of 4 with 14yo and 3yo boys and are overcrowded currently waiting for a bigger property. SinceXmas my dad has suffered due to the noise from the oldest boys DJ system sometimes until 11pm. Usually my dad accepts this is just tough luck and tries to use his headphones when watching TV etc but it's taking a toll on him. 2 nights ago after drinking a canny few pints in the club my dad's come home to booming bass music and just had enough. My dad's been in his kitchen making his supper and shouted for upstairs to shut the eff up. Neighbor has then come down and knocked on my dad's door shouting back at my dad. A heated argument has followed during which the neighbor has rang police and my dad was arrested and held until he was sober for interview. My question I guess is howworried my dad should be about the possibility of losing his home due to this?
