Books on caring for the elderly

Please can I have recommendations? I'd really like to know about the unknown unknowns - stuff I wouldn't think to ask about - dealing with very old people (85 - 100) with most of the marbles they ever did have.

Reading it made me cry - it was so relatable. It covers emotional and practical aspects.
