Any experience of Miracle Workers care agency?

Both my parents have dementia and are currently employing a live-in carer from a very expensive agency. The carer herself only receives a small portion of the fee paid.

The carer mentioned an agency called Miracle Workers who seem to charge a relatively small monthly fee while the bulk of the amount paid goes directly to the carer.

Does anyone here have any experience of this agency, based in Abergavenny but covering the whole of the UK?

I don't know them, but I do know people who've had very good experiences employing carers directly though care.com instead of using an agency.

Or Carem website.
You could also try caresourcer.com which lists all some care agencies by postcode and gives info on pricing etc.

Also try looking at their CQC report available on CQC website.
