First Port Property Management

Elderly DM and other elderly flat owners in thr retirement flats where she lives are having a hard time getting First Port to fix some fairly serious issues in the building. I think they are being taken advantage of because they are elderly and don't have the gumption for a fight.

Their call centre is useless, so I'm trying to find an email address for one of the management team, but internet searches haven't been successful so far.

Some progress has been made since my OP. The residents now have a warden again, at least, though no reflection of the time they were without in the maintenance fees. Some maintenance work is now WIP too.
