Does anyone know if a LPA form will be refused if attorneys haven’t included middle names

Does anyone know if the attorneys must put middle names on limited power of attorney forms? We are so close to submission and have had to post bits of the form off to get it signed in the right order that I’d rather now have to do it again if I don’t have to…

When the attorneys come to use the PoA, the bank or other institution will check their identity, so whatever names used will need to match their passport or other id to the bank”s satisfaction. Whether a bank will accept John Smith, attorney, as being John Ebenezer Smith on his passport, I don’t know
