I have PoA and mum is in hospital after a stroke . They are recommending a care home for dementia . She has around £1m in property and money if liquidated although I'd like to keep her rental as an income to support her care fees if necc . I have always had it in my head id but one of these but don't have any experience..
Has anyone gone down this route , she cannot live with me for various reasons.
