Power of attorney

Hi. If anyone has recently sent off a power of attorney form- how long did it take? I sent the signed form off for my nana last week and it says up to 20 weeks but I’m hoping it won’t take that long. Thanks

Sent my application off end of November, got it back about 3 weeks ago, it takes ages.
