How to send copy of LPOA to utility company

Hi I was hoping someone could give me some advice. Mum has Homecare with British Gas and the renewal price is through the roof (nearly £800!) so we want to cancel it. However, I need to send them a copy of the LPOA. They want it emailed in JPEG or PDF. Not sure how to so this (I am a bit hopeless at this sort of thing!) as if I take a photo of every page it exceeds the maximum data allowed to be emailed.

Any tips please?

You can compress the size of the jpeg or pdf by saving it as a lower resolution picture( save as…. Pic) but it may still be too big
Or send a link from your saved file?

Im assuming you don't have a home printer that scans?
I scan using my phone rather than take photos of documents.
I have a Samsung something and it came with Google drive installed. Scanning is an option in drive. You keep adding pages so get a single, multi page pdf.

Take a pic of it on your phone then send it as an attachment to an email (sent from the same phone).

Though in real life I'd either call them pretending to be her or cancel the dd for the homecare from her bank.

Do you have an iPhone? There is an easy way to scan documents in Notes.

Can't you access it online through the .gov page ? I have one and thought you could download it through the site.

That is for ones recently made. My DM did hers in 2013 so it is not on line.

@eurochick all sorted, it auto scanned and then saved it all in a PDF. Perfect!
