Changing back account for state pension.

Spent 30 minutes on hold to the Pension people trying to do this, for my friend. But they never answered. Is there any way to do it online?

I got through to them yesterday on the phone easily enough (after a long wait). But I don't know if they would let you do switch the bank account unless you've got power of attorney. I'm not aware of any online access to the state pension.

Sure we changed it in writing via letter

There are certain details that you must supply

Full name, address, date of birth, old account, new account & I think there was a reference number or National Insurance number
