DB and I have just bought this as an early Xmas present for DM with Alzheimer’s
www.myhomehelper.co.uk/home/home.aspx
I’m really pleased with it - easy to use for us - DM responds well to the constant visual display reminders and loves getting messages and pictures
It doesn’t require any effort for her - we sold her the idea as a fancy calendar clock but we are using it to FaceTime her more reliably as it was hit n miss with phone n iPad
Multiple people can access if you allow

That looks great! I take it you need WiFi? Could a sim work?

I don’t think so - DM has WiFi with her tv package

My husband always used to get his grandma nice smellies (she was in a care home) but if you want something a bit more interesting / cognitively stimulating then these puzzles are great: www.el-well.com/puzzles-for-dementia/
