Mince and moist diet

Hi all. My elderly Dad is out of hospital and now on a 'mince and moist' diet. Does anyone have any suggestions beyond the inevitable fish pie/cottage pie? I am happy to prepare some meals (I live near by) but also need some ready meal suggestions for his carer to produce without much hassle. Thanks all!

Wiltshire Farm Foods have a level 5 (mince and moist) range.

Did they not give him a nutrition sheet? If you search on "level 5 mince and moist" there are diet sheets from various NHS trust, this is just one:

If you whip to the end there is a section on store cupboard foods, that might be what you want. Something readily available that can be kept on the shelf and turned into dinner quickly.

Thanks very much - I'll check it out
