Just wondering that really - and how much feels right?

Im so aware they're all on low wages.

Ours does presents into one pot so everyone goes home with some

Drinks - as a nurse when someone bought lots of orange juice etc it was really appreciated, and maybe some savoury nibbles? Always appreciated

Absolutely nothing. They charged us £35 a head to have Xmas dinner with her. Absolutely grim and joyless

I've worked in care for a long long time abs honestly a card each saying that you would be lovely. If you wanted to get something then some nice biscuits to scoff while on shift always go down well. I don't speak for everyone but I don't expect anything
