Looking for a really simple portable phone for my Mum - any ideas of simple landline phone that works like this?

Hi

Sadly Mum in early stages dementia and stopped using her mobile as she forgot how to charge it - but was used to using a portable handset which she took round the house with her

She is now in a care home.

We would love to buy her a simple home phone with portable handset to have by her bed and when she moves to a chair etc.

Any advice?

Her current one is too big....

Or equally any advice about really easy mobiles? Like so super easy that she could use it without really thinking

Talk to the home - perhaps putting the phone to bed on its charger could be part of her bedtime routine.

The Doro seems to be just what you want, and the carers could put it on its base station overnight to charge
