Have you used Elder care company ?

Hello,
We are thinking about changing the care for my mum.

At present she receives 3 visits from carers each day and a family member stays at night (mainly for social and feeling of security).

We have come across a company called elder (Elder.org) who provide live in support as well as overnight support. We wondered if anyone had used them and had any feedback. They seem to be an introduction company and so can’t read about then on CQC etc. Grateful for any feedback

Yes, my family have. I was a little worried at first as most of the reviews seemed to be by the carers who worked for them, rather than people who used their services. However they were good at finding people quickly. It might have been just luck, but my family member had a lovely carer who enabled them to stay at home until they passed away (wasn't very long after coming out from hospital though).
