I am looking at buying this phone for my FIL: Doro PhoneEasy 612 GSM Sim Free Mobile Phone
And topping up via my computer using ding.com
I tried out ding.com and it seemed to work putting £10 onto his vodaphone mobile number.
He has no idea what a network is (he used to go to a shop to put money on it but has forgotten which shop) and has never touched a computer so we won't need data! His 'brick like' mobile was given to him by someone who didn't want it anymore and it is getting increasingly difficult for him to use.
Has anyone used ding.com or got the Doro phone please? I am trying to work out the best solution as he is so anxious.
