My 88 year old mum has dementia and she keeps losing her hearing aids. I think some end up in the bin by mistake, some get hoovered up .. I have no idea. Does anyone know of a solution to this? I asked her hearing aid provider, who was not helpful. There must be something that helps seniors not lose expensive hearing aids? It is costing us a fortune!
thanks, Laura

I had the same problem with my father. I bought an Earstay.. it tethers the hearing aid to his clothing, so if it drops out of his ear, it is dangling, like mittens. The make them in Canada but they delivered to me in the UK after around a week.

That sounds like a good idea. Do they have anything like that for glasses? Dad has lost about £1000 worth of glasses in the last 2 years.
