Crap, mum back in hospital again

This is the 4th time she's collapsed this year, been in hospital twice before. So I'm 70 odd miles from dad who is sat home fretting, 60 odd from her, and I can't just rush off to be with them either.

Shes in majors at A&E atm, and when I called (dad too stressed to) they said to phone in an hour. Which feels like forever !

Poor you and your Mum & Dad! Go and have a cup of tea, and then another, and the hour will pass quickly. Hope she's okay very soon!

O, sounds very stressful. It's really difficult when you are far away. (although with my folks it's not always a curse...Grin)

Hope things are ok when you ring- lucky your dad has you to help, even if not actually there.

Well, she's been through EAU and is now going onto a ward for at least the night, which is a relief.

Poor dad is just beside himself

O, glad to hear she ok. Hope your dad manages to cope. And that you get some sleep Smileb

She's home now. Apparently it was due to constipation. Which I'm not entirely convinced on tbh as its been something different given as the cause each time.

Ho hum. Thats 3 emergency admissions for her, 1 for dad this year. I dread the phone ringing at the wrong time now.
