home access internet grant

i have just received the home access internet grant and want to buy a laptop with it.

have you used one of the approved companies that you can recommend to me or one not to use - there seems to be lots of them to go with.

where did you get the grant from and who is entitled to it? I had heard that there was this scheme but know nothing about it.
