Parents/primary school teachers - Early Years Foundation Stage Transfer Summary

Hello
Just wondered if anyone else had received their early years foundation stage transfer summary from their nursery, which after you've signed, goes on to the primary school?
Any primary school teachers/anyone who knows about these out there? Just wondered what are the key areas on this form that you would look at for a reception pupil? Would you expect 'yes' to everything? Are there are questions/areas on this form which would concern you if they were answered 'progressing towards' rather than 'yes'.
Thanks in advance!

In my school, our EYTS go out to families from next Monday.

When I worked as a primary teacher, I first looked at the personal and social sections and general communication info. That was my greatest interest, I wasn't so worried about numeral recognition etc.

I would not be worried by 'working towards' at all, unless maybe it was to every single question, and then it is likely that a SEN report would be attached too.

I used to love seeing their pictures and writing - soo cuuuute!

Some children are having these things filled in and they are still three don't forget.

They aren't a standard document I suspect they are something your nursery or something your LA uses certainly not anything we get from feeder nurseries.
