home schooling groups in West London

Hi, I would like to hear from parents who home school in West London. I am moving my family from Wales to Acton and am considering home schooling for my 12 year old daughter. She is very sociable and for that reason I would love to know more about home schooling groups. We have failed to get her into a decent state school in West London and the fee paying option would cripple us. I therefore need to explore home schooling to work out if it's the right thing for our daughter.
Your advice would be much appreciated.

Hi i too have just started to home ed my 13 year old daughter, does anyone have any details of regular group meetings/outings etc ? i am new to this and dont know where to start.

Are their any homeschooling mummy groups on facebook?

I am looking for funding to run workshops for under 10's in the borough of Ealing. I thought a good target audience would be children who are home schooled.

Let me know if anyone knows of any funding that is available.
