how do you get the colour and the animal combination of tutpup login

Have read about this site in some other side and DD seems to like it. Do you have to physically enter the colour and the animal combination - it just comes up that the numbert is not available.Please help.

I think my ds entered the colour and animal he wanted, then it suggested numbers/options he could have.
