Great Ballard vs Westborne House

Please could you send me any opinions/advice concerning either or both of these prep schools near chichester. Thanks

Both are very good schools but it depends what you and your child are looking for.

Great Ballard tends to focus on the caring and development of the individual child in a lovely environment. As a small school all the staff know every child extremely well.They have recently had quite a few new facilities including Astro turf.They offer flexible boarding and optional drama and dance lessons on a Saturday morning.

Westbourne House has very good facilities. However, itis often considered more pushy in that the children are pushed academically and spend all day Saturday at school. The school is larger than Great Ballard.

There are for and againsts with both schools and as I said before it really depends on the sort of education you want for your child.

I would really recommend you booking a visit to both schools. Have a look at what they have to offer and see whether either would suit your family.
