Does anyone know of good Catholic junior schools in North London - primarily Finsbury Park, Highbury, Islington area but further if necessary? Thanks.

Just the other side of Finsbury Park are St Peter in Chains infant/St. Gilda's convent (juniors). They're just off Crouch Hill. These are supposed to be the best in the area. Otherwise, try Christ The King in Tollington Park. Sorry I don't know any others on the Highbury side. Oh, just remembered there's a Catholic primary school just after Highbury Barn on the right if you're approaching from Highbury Corner but can't remember the name... HTH!

davros

have you tried Up My Street?

they have info on every school in your LEA and you can of course look up other LEAs. catholic primaries are included in the listings.

hth.

Thanks everyone for your responses. As no-one had answered after a week or so I stoped checking and now find all this helpful info.
Thanks so much. 2 other NL friends both suggested St Gilda's. Will pass on all suggestions. Would need to be state schoo.

THANKS.
