Is that a real picture on there of your students? Do you have permission to use it?

In my school we have been advised by LEA and Unions not to post anything on the net from which we could be personally identified. And nothing whatsoever about our professional duties.

Did you ask for permission from the parents of each and every child on the photograph?
I'd be fuming were my child one of them...
