Presents for teachers

As the end of the school year is looming I was just wondering if anyone had any nice (and relatively inexpensive) ideas for leaving gifts for teachers.

My son's just finishing his reception year and his teacher has been so lovely - he absolutely adores her. She's actually leaving the school too so we would like to get her a little gift. We gave her a little set of nice smellies at Christmas so I would really like to do something a bit more personal this time.

Any original ideas that won't break the bank would be gratefully received!

We made bookmarks for ds1's teachers, alternatively Baker Ross do a candle pen set on their website, with a few wide candles you could do a lovely personal gift.

How about a hardback notbook that your son can write a thank you note on the inside of?
