Cello lessons in West London

Hello, I don't come on here often but thought one of you talented girls might be able to help.
I played the cello for 8 years and have decided to restart. Finding a teacher has not been as simple as I thought. Is there anyone out there who teaches in my area or who can put me in touch with someone who can help me?

Hammersmith - thing is I have two littlies at home with me so ideally I need someone who could come here in the evening or who would be less than a 20 min tube/bus/car journey away. High Wycombe might be a bit far ?
