Private - Primary or Secondary???

Me and the OH keep on having debates about when to send our son to private. I think secondary would be best but he thinks primary. How did you decide? The more I read the more confused I am.

Hmm, if by 'top tier' you mean 'most expensive', then the quality of education is not necessarily guaranteed. Less than a mile from our house is one of the most expensive private schools in the whole country and it's ranked rather low, academically. Apparently for the rich but thick ones..... (Hey, got that expression from The Notorious thread on AIBU).
