I did it today. Very restrictive tick-box options. The only time you could give a free answer was if you said you were not in favour of Trust schools or Academies.
I sighed and tutted my way through it. felt a bit sorry for poor girl who was reading it out.
It felt a bit "support for academies, faith schools etc. by the back door" to me. A survey designed to get the answers they want.
