Teachers (or anyone wise) could you please translate this for me.

You helped me understand what teachers really meant when they described DS as willful....now I'd like to know what they mean when they say DD (4.3, just started reception) is a "card".

It's said with a wry smile, but DH suspects it's not all positve.

I'd guess it meant she has a good sense of humour, and quite a strong, fun personality.

I'd say the same, but perhaps with a slight overtone of "not always deployed at the appropriate moment".

It is positive just needs to be reined in at inapprpriate moments.
