Manchester High or Withington Girls??

Has anyone any experience of one or both of these schools as we are not sure how we are supposed to choose?? Both seem good - MHSG better facilities but WGS smaller - anything else we should be aware of???? Many thanks

My info is rather out of date (by about 15 years!), but DH's younger daughter from his first marriage went to WGS. DH and his ex wife thought it was fantastic; their daughter wasn't so keen, but she was in a bit of a phase of not being very keen on anything. She did say the education was superb, and she's glad she went there overall. Good luck - I hope someone comes along with more up to date advice/experiences!
