The idea is that children get visited by real babies on regular basis.
Would you take your baby to a school every month. I think its a good idea and makes Sex and Relationships / PHSCE lessons more interesting. The only thing is whether the children get to see the downsides of having a baby as well as the advantages.
The year 11 childcare group at the school I work at have been asking me about the changes during pregnancy. They have been watching the progress of a different baby. However I have a dreadful feeling its made them broody. Although I believe they are going to be given one of those lifelike dolls that screams in the night to take home for a weekend.
