Help....I need the email addresses for all Uk Local Authorites but for the Language Advisor? How on earth do I go about getting these?!!!

Local Government Association might be able to help?

Doubtful if the Language Advisor would be willing to share a personal (as in named) email address with you, if you're collating a natinonal contact list or similar.
