MATHS HELP NEEDED>PLEASSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSE!
does any one know a good maths tuter in essex kelvedon/colchester area...my dd age 14 needs some extra help at home .......thank you ,,,,,,

Have you looked in the Chrochicle. The are some tuition advertiser there.

You could also ask the school they often are aware of tutors locally.

Hi just picked up this thread. There is a Cd you can buy which covers all GCSE coursework including the maths if this is of any help. You can ring the supplier on 07932543008. I don't know the price. My nephew used it for all his coursework and he got all A*s and As. It might reduce the amount of tutoring your dd needs.

I just noticed your thread because of Jello's addition to it. I live in Tiptree, and did a degree in maths after two years of teacher training - so never qualified as a teacher because was not sure what I wanted to do so wanted to leave my options open. I would be more than willing to try and assist, if the help is still needed although my spare time is limited with a five year old and working full time.
