Does anyone know what type of questions are asked at the 11+ interview at NLCS?

Back in 1977 they asked me what I would do with a brick and I had a postcard/picture to talk about. Things might well have changed in the intervening 30 years!

Thanks, I note that a lot of parents are very secretive about the content of school interviews and am not sure why.

bevelino, its because it's a competition - who can get their dd into the one of the most academic, competitive schools in north london. Why are you surprised?

If you post your question on the Independent schools section of the www.elevenplusexams.co.uk forum you're more likely to find out. Someone may even have asked in the past.

I wish your dd the best of luck!

Thank you norflondoner, you are right it is treated as a competition by parents, which is a pity. The children just want to be with their friends on the whole.
