Can anyone recommend any really good MATHS (fun) websites?

We are in particular need of help with the basic principle of fractions (Year 3).

I have tried simplifying it to the best of my ability (with the use of different coloured Smarties) but it's not sinking in.

Any advice would be much appreciated.
