Kings School,Macclesfield exam on Friday

My nervous son is taking this exam. Does anyone have any info on how hard it is to get in ? How does it compare with others like Altrincham Grammar and the Grange?

Sorry I missed this. I think you'll find it's slightly easier than Alty & about the same as the Grange. They do base a lot on the interview though, as they are keen to make sure you will fit in and are very keen on extra-curricular activities as well as academics.

Hope your son did well and gets called back for interview. Both my dds got the day off so they were happy!

Everyone I know who applied got in but they all were bright kids.
