Paying school fees in advance

Has anyone done this with their school, and if so, what kind of deal did you get? I can pay at today's prices plus a sibling discount. The calculations I've been given claim an 'advance payment discount' but as this is worked out on what the fees are projected to be, it doesn't mean much. Just wondering if I can try to beat them down

we looked at it a few years ago but decided against because it didn't seem to be a good deal. But as fees have risen so much recently - and you get a sibling discount- it might be different for you.
