Has your school changed exclusive uniform supplier arrangements?

It's supposed to be happening everywhere. Has it actually happened anywhere? Was their a campaign or parent pressure first?

DS1's secondary uniform is outrageously expensive: Shirts and trousers at least double the cost of M&S ones, and much poorer quality.

We have to buy everything - down to school socks - from the uniform shop. It is very good quality so generally I don't mind, but DD starts next year and my jaw dropped when I saw that they want $70 (that's about 32 pounds) for a Summer dress!!!!!!!!!

No mine is supplier only for everything, skirts etc have to be logo'd. Cost me £200 for DDs (secondary).
