Macmillan coffee morning poster - Help!!

Apologies for putting here but knew would get some responses. I am trying to download the Macmillan poster from their site so I can put my information on it for coffee morning. It is currently in PDF format. I have tried to change the format but doesn't seem to work. Can someone please help so I can sort this out.

Where are you downloading the poster from? You are supposed to create the pdf file with all your information already on it here.
