committee run pre-school

Maybe a long-shot but is anyone else out there involved on the committee of a pre-school and particularly with the finances ? I have been treasurer of ours for a couple of years but new issues still keep coming up over staff pay etc which it would be good to hear someone else's experience on.

I'm on the committee of DS' pre-school. I have the fun job of fund raising. So can't really help you. But can empathise with your situation

Furball, I sympathise ! Do you meet a great wall of lethargy every time you organise something? Would be good to hear how your fundraising goes, what events you do etc?

I used to be chair of a pre school. Contact the Inland Revenue, they're v helpful and will even send someone to help you sometimes. If the issues are pay then the IR should help.
