help filling in application form for dd new school

It is asking for 2 emergency contacts plus parents.

Have put me and dd father and then my dp so according to the form we need one more emergency contact. I could put my Mum but there seems little point as she is at the other end of the country. The form says the two extra contacts are essential but as we are moving to a new area we know no one else locally. Do I put my mum at 6 hours drive away or only give one contact?

I would put the ones you mention, then write that you are new to the area and will provide them with another contact number in due course.

They know we are new to the area, I can't put on a doctors address until we move either so they should understand. I hate forms.

I know it feels like you want to get everything just right on a form, but it'll be fine! You can give them the info. as soon as you have it - this must happen all the time.

Ooh had forgotten about that, the school I teach in now is being amalgamated, is happening all over the place and money or a lack of it is usually the reason.
