TL2 points in primary schools

Just wondered if any teachers can advise re. average number of teachers in a typical state primary school who are likely to get aTLR2 payment( thelowest one). In a school with 10 -12 teachers plus head, how many get the payment?

And how was the decision made about who gets the payment?

It varies depending on the management structure of the school. KS leaders, curriculum team leaders, SENCOs can all be awarded TLR2 depending on experience. i have only worked in one school where a teacher had a TLR2 for long service.
