Hove primary schools for SEND

We are looking into moving to Hove and will need a primary school for year 6 next September. That way we can experience last primary year in Hove and hopefully some familiar faces at secondary afterwards.
Which primaries are good with SEND - we have EHCP (Autism & ADHD) and a very bright child who can have some emotional challenges.
Any experience with Goldstone and Hove Juniors?
For secondary i will be choosing Hove Park as it ticked all the boxes on open day.

Hi @Vivasun , My children went through Hove Juniors and they were quite anonymous there - some great individual teachers but very focused on academics rather than the whole child in my opinion. Have heard much better things about Goldstone but no personal experience. Now have two at Hove Park and it is brilliant - really nurturing and they get the big stuff right!
