I was typing a response to a thread from an ex teacher who had whistleblown, but the thread then disappeared.
If there are any teachers who have whistleblown or considered it, would you be willing to name change and share some experiences and if any action was taken? Were any positive changes made?
I know not every school is excessively draconian. I know even in the most draconian schools, there will likely be teachers questioning some of the practices. I know there will be teachers who work with teachers who bully or in schools where this culture is rewarded.
I’m not a teacher, I’m a parent who is fast becoming concerned about the school my child is at. I’m also in an area where draconian schools are the norm.
