Text to speech help

Hello
My son is at college, they have been given a huge paper revision guide. We are both dyslexic.

I could scan it in, in sections, but I don't know what to do then to get from text to speech.

Does anyone know of a way the get the computer to read it to him? Please recommend the programme.

Could your son ask if they have an electronic copy? That would be easiest.

if not, Adobe does convert pdfs into text, but it’s not perfect.

Wordify will do this, even in the voice of Mr Beast should you wish!

What about a pen reader? Easier than scanning?
