Hi, I am looking to study from home via open study college or learning direct as I would like to be able to set me and my children up for a better life in the future but wanted to know, Will the Welsh government offer the free 30 childcare allowance for something like this? And has anyone been in this situation? I have a child who's turning 3 shortly and should qualify in September and another child who is 7.I don't have any support but cannot study with a young one under my feet. HMRC states "yes" for higher education but does not specify if this can be from home! Its either that or I go down the route of open university instead which would require a long commute.I'm currently not working as I have no support and the job centre are not being very helpful at all.They tell me to fill out a change of circumstances and "we will see" and this is there same response as to whether or not universal credit is paid. No-one I seem to speak to can help.
