Please can I get peoples thoughts on tablets for kids learning. My husband has been against them until now but I’m not so sure. My 6 year old is a little behind and I have been really trying to do extra work with her for 10 mins here and there after school at weekends. It’s often hard to get her to concentrate though but recently she played an online game on my work laptop that her teacher had recommended and she loved it and kept wanting to play it and didn’t even realise she was learning. Im now wondering if we are missing a trick and should get her a tablet with educational games on and just make sure she has boundaries avoid how much she can use it etc. What are other people’s thoughts please and do others recommend them?
