Possible permanent expulsion

Has anyone had experience of a HRG+ meetings (High Risk Group Plus) are specialized, relatively to possible expulsion? Any and all tips would be greatly appreciated

What’s going on? That’s a really unusual thing, is there significant safeguarding issues?
