Hi I wanted to enquire about a secondary school online tuition support for Year 7 student. My daughter lacks confidence and I would appreciate any recommendations of tutoring companies.
thank you

Morning! This may not be quite what you are after but I am a dyslexia specialist teacher and I have just opened up my waiting list for September. DM me if you want my website details.

Confidence is often the root issue at Year 7 and the approach matters a lot.

What tends to work best is starting from what a child can already do well and building from there, rather than focusing heavily on gaps, which can reinforce the sense of being behind.

Online tuition can work particularly well for students who feel self-conscious in person, as there is slightly less pressure.

I am happy to send recommendations if you’re still looking for someone or if that is helpful.

Hi I would look into SW1P educators as they like to incorporate Music and Art to help build confidence if that is an issue, already planning lessons is a great start, knowledge can be quite empowering too. For my ADHD son they recommended Piano and Harp lessons for my second child, it's really been a game changer. message if you would like more info

If you're still looking, I can give recommendations for some tutors that have a great track record of improving students confidence and mathematical competency. I am a teacher with many connections within education and I'm happy to help myself or recommend others.
