My son and his friend currently play for Harrogate Town FC under 16’s and are looking ahead to next year. We currently travel 90 minutes each way three times a week to get him the boys to training and matches. They want to continue with Harrogate Town next season but that would mean attending Rosette School daily as that is where the scholarship programme is based. Harrogate Town used to offer paid scholarships with accommodation but that has now stopped. Does anyone on here know of anyone with a spare room/s that they would be willing to let at a reasonable price near to the school or surrounding area during the school week. Obviously, safe guarding checks would have to be made and everyone comfortable with the set up. Any genuine help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
